Once the order has been placed, it can not be changed. So, for example, colour options can not be changed after the order has been placed.
Refunds will not be excepted because of change of mind so please make sure you are 100% happy with what you are purchasing.
Payments are accepted via Debit/ credit cards + paypal
We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is received faulty. To be eligible for a refund, you must email a photo of the received goods and packaging within 5 days of receipt to email@example.com
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 5 days have passed since you received the goods and we haven’t received an emailed photo of the faulty goods and packaging.
We’ll then contact you to discuss whether you want an exchange or refund and give you instructions to return the faulty goods.
When returning the faulty goods, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed. If you opt for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for to ensure you recieve your item.
Please check that all your delivery details are correct, as we can not be held responsible for lost parcels should the fault be incorrect details which have been provided at purchase.
